We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries (email, phone, etc)
- Understand user requirement and address it
- Adhere to Content guidelines and provide high levels of customer happiness.
- Identify potential issues and raise them with the concerned team
- Handle customer feedback and improve CSAT.
- Interact with users on various channels (email, SM, PS, etc.) and resolving their queries.
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of Hindi and English language is mandatory.
- Min of 6months in customer support is a must.
- Good understanding of Ms-Excel
- Must be customer-centric
- Must be hard-working, flexible, independent, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi mandatory.
- Preferable if proficient in any other Indian Language
- Flexible to work shifts (no night shifts) and weekends.
